When you enter our store you will see several ways of selecting our products. You can select them by Category. To see the article in more detail click on it and a zoom will appear and enlarge the image. In the file you can see the product characteristics regarding its composition, size, colors and care tips. Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase you must select the color and size of your choice, the quantity of articles and then click on the "PURCHASE" button.

When you confirm your purchase, go to your order and click on "SHIPPING DETAILS" and move on to the shipping information page request. Once the data has been filled out and your order is verified, choose method of payment and click on "FINISH ORDER". Once the payment is made, you will see a Confirmation registration order and immediately receive this confirmation via email.



The prices of the products displayed on the online shop are in EUROS and include the Value Added Tax (IVA) according to the Spanish Legislation. In the final summary of our purchase, the final price is shown, detailing the shipping and the credit on delivery costs for each case. The prices listed may be revised or modified at any time by Rapife.



All confirmed orders on our online shop are shipped within a maximum period of approximately 1 to 3 working days by our 24-hour courier delivery. In the case of a delay in the shipping of your order, related to the manufacturing of your product, you will be duly notified. the client must indicate an address where the order must be delivered within normal working hours. The delivery personnel will deliver during business hours. If the delivery cannot be made, the delivery personnel will notify you by leaving a note stating that the delivery was not successful due to the absence of the recipient and request that you go to the nearest delivery office for pick up. No packages will be delivered to PO Boxes. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, all fees and taxes associated with the purchase are paid for by the customer in accordance with existing legislation. These shipments will be declared for customs purposes with the amount on the invoice in euros. The amount of taxes and rights of Customs vary in each country and must be paid for in cash at the time of delivery. Shipments to countries outside the European Union, the Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra will be billed without the VAT.



Rapife accepts the following as form of payment:

1- PayPal (Through the secure gateway of our PayPal partner)

2- Credit and debit cards: 4B, MASTERCARD, VISA (Through the secure gateway of our partner entity Bankia)

3- Bank transfer or by bank deposit into our account



Items may be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day of receipt. To make a return you must request, complete and send us our return form following the instructions it contains.

IMPORTANT: ANY RETURN THAT HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY INFORMED ABOUT AND CONFIRMED BY RAPIFE WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO ITS ORIGIN.. The return must be made by mail to the place of origin where the shipment was sent (specified in the shipment). You must attach to the merchandise a copy of the return form and a copy of our return confirmation.

The required conditions for a return: the item being returned must be in its original state and cannot be ruined. It must be intact and in its original packaging with the labels on and with all the original accessories inside the package. Do not send any merchandise without our prior confirmation of the return.

Shipping costs are paid for by the client.

Once the return has been checked and is approved to be in perfect condition, Rapife will proceed to return the item and the full amount according to the payment method used, within a maximum period of 30 days. Once the payment has been made in full we will send you a confirmation via email.
